Tiba Architecture, under the leadership of Ayten Babaoğlu, offers a comprehensive range of services in the fields of architectural design, interior design, project management, construction, and official affairs consultancy.

Who is Ayten Babaoğlu ?

Ayten Babaoğlu is a graduate of Yıldız Technical University’s Department of Civil Engineering. After accumulating 20 years of government service experience in the Directorate of Urbanization and City Planning, she founded Tiba Architecture. Currently serving as the manager of Tiba Architecture, Babaoğlu has over 40 years of experience in the field.

In addition to her role at Tiba Mimarlık, she holds the position of Vice President at İNDER Istanbul Constructors Association and is a member of TMMOB Chamber of Civil Engineers. She is also a member of TOBB Turkey Women Entrepreneurs Association. Furthermore, Babaoğlu has served as a member of the Commission on Natural Assets at the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

With her extensive experience, Babaoğlu continues to contribute to the field as the manager of Tiba Architecture.

Architectural Design and Planing

Tiba Architecture adopts a design philosophy that centers around the desires and needs of investors, aiming to create functional, aesthetic, and regionally fitting designs.

In these designs, the goal is to quickly obtain permits by leveraging current regulations and zoning information, while also aiming to offer projects that comply with regulations and maximize the benefits from development rights.

Interior Architectural Design and Planing

The design approach of focusing on the desires and needs of investors aims to produce functional, aesthetic, and regionally appropriate designs. In these designs, by utilizing current regulations and zoning information, Tiba Architecture aims to provide projects that can be permitted quickly, comply with regulations, and simultaneously maximize the benefits from development rights.

We offer Design, Engineering, Implementation, and Official Affairs Consultancy services under one roof, providing a comprehensive project management approach where value engineering is generated at every stage.

We offer our investors 360-degree services throughout all project processes, from the correct land selection to operational management. With budget management and quality control services, the aim is to achieve maximum project profitability at every stage.

Permitting Consultancy

In light of the current laws and regulations, we provide Official Affairs Consultancy Services for all our projects. This includes services such as obtaining construction permits, occupancy permits, urban planning and modification services, obtaining permits for risky buildings and demolitions, services related to historical heritage sites, and services related to the “imar barışı” (urban peace) initiative. We offer consultancy services to investors on all zoning and permission matters, and we actively engage in the project processes alongside investors at relevant institutions.
